Blog 11

Say you have a photo on your computer that a friend sent you.
How can you figure out what resolution it is? List the steps.

  4. Browse to the file in Windows Explorer, right click on the file, go to properties, click on the details tab, and the resolution is listed there.

  6. You save the photo to a file, open the picture, click the three dots in the righthand corner. And then click file info. In file info, it will say dimensions, and that is the resolution. -Skylar

    then you open the picture
    then click on the top right hand corner
    then choose file info
    then look at the resolution on the left hand side

  11. Right click on the picture, go to properties, and find the details tab in the pop-up box. The resolution is listed under there.

  14. If you have a two-button mouse, simply "right-click" on the image - a menu box should appear. If you do not have a two button mouse, you can "control-click" on the image to have the menu box appear.Once the menu has appeared, select "Get Info". A new box will appear... Under the "More Info" section, you will see a line that says "Dimensions" - this is your pixel dimension. -Travis
